Simon Roe
Originally trained as a body psychotherapist and has 30 years’ experience of working with individuals and groups. A large part of his practice is focused on working with men and teenage boys in a variety of settings, including 1-1 psychotherapy, domestic violence work and Rites of Passage events, where he has been greatly influenced by teachers such as Robert Bly, Malidoma Some & Martin Prechtel. Simon has completed a foundation course in Process Oriented Psychology and is a fully accredited member of the Association of Facilitators www.associationoffacilitators.co.uk

Sebastian Kelly
Has been involved in men’s work with Mandorla and its predecessors as participant, facilitator and mentor since 1998. He brings a particular love of inquiry, ritual and the land, and has been a student of the Ridhwan School’s Diamond Approach to inner realisation since 2005. A former national park ranger who led groups in the hills and woods for 30 years, Sebastian works currently as department head for an environmental campaign organisation.
Phil Atkinson
Has been active in men’s personal development and ritual since the early 1990”s. He is now retired and lives on the West coast of Scotland. In his working life he was an actor for 25 years followed by a second career as a leadership coach, teaching communication and impact skills.
Ben Howarth
Introduced to menswork in 2007. Ben joined the team after being a participant on Mandorla events for 10 years. He is a member of Leeds Men’s Group and a facilitator with the Kingfisher Project - working on Rites of Passage events for teenage boys. He runs a design and landscaping business in West Yorkshire and is working on a long term conservation project in Shropshire.
